Passengers should be at the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure.
Airline counter will close 1 hour before departure.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Passengers should present a valid passport for international flights and updated identification for domestic flights.
Date changes made 7 days in advance of departure flight do not carry any penalties if there is availability within the same tariff and price as the purchased ticket.
Changes made on the same day of travel will carry a no-show fee of $100 plus a change of date penalty. Furthermore, the return flight will be cancelled.
If ticket is purchased online or by phone, you will be required to present the credit card used to buy the ticket and credit card holder ID at check in.
Partially used ticket does not apply for name change under any circumstances.
A $50 fee is applied for name change in flights originating in Honduras. Changes must be submitted at least 72 hours before your scheduled flight date. If the flight originates in the US, name changes will not be accepted.

Baggage weight allowed on flights between the US and Honduras is 23 Kg (50 lbs.) per piece of luggage.

Luggage weighting more than 23 Kg (50 lbs.) but less than 32 Kg (70 lbs.) will carry an additional cost of $75.
Boxes, car parts, and non-conventional articles will carry a charge of $75 if they fall within the 23 Kg range (50 lbs.) See agent at check in.
Unaccompanied minors are travelers under 12 years of age.
If the minors (6 to 14 years old) are traveling by themselves, there will be a charge of $100 one way or $175 round-trip.
There will be only one penalty exception per ticket. It could be an open ticket, cancellation or no show.
Promotional rates don’t apply on any other discounts, and Choice Award Club points are not accumulated.
Promotional rates are only valid on specific flights. If they are not used on such flights the ticket is lost.
Promotional rates do not apply to name change, date change or route changes.
Choice Aire has the right to deny boarding access if the passenger does not meet the security standards, laws, rules, procedure violations, misconduct, or when it may cause discomfort to the crew or passengers.
Any baggage claim must be carried out immediately after the flight or before leaving the airport.
For security reasons, transport of the following items is prohibited.
- Compressed gases (flammable, non-flammable or poisonous) such as camping gas or scuba tanks.
- Corrosive material: acids, alkaline, wet cell batteries, etc.
- Explosives, fireworks, etc.
- Flammable liquids or soils: heating oil, matches or articles which are easily ignited.
- Radioactive materials.
- Oxidizing materials such as bleaching powders and peroxide.
- Poisonous or toxic materials
- Mercury or magnetic materials
- Paint or any liquid associated.
- Any other item that the carrier considers dangerous.
Exceptions: Medicines and toiletries which may be necessary or appropriate during the trip, such as lacquers, perfumes and medicines containing alcohol.
